Well, the inexperienced owners ran off Sal again, the heart and soul of the Goodfellas restaurant. Rest assured the quality of the food will be in the dirt soon just like last time. Support me in saying you will not return until Sal is back. Sal is what makes Goodfellas great Italian food and a great atmosphere…..no one else.
Bad Service – Too Bad Pizza is Good. With three trips to Goodfellas under my belt, I can say the service is poor. As with other reviews, we were forgotten, often. Our server took our drink orders and then did not come back for 10 minutes. After flagging him down, he went looking for our food only to come back to say he hadn’t even taken our order. We received one refill the rest of the night. Our glasses were empty the whole night. I took a pic of the empty glass. We had one other issue that was a deal killer for our whole family in the service area. That did it for me and flipped the thumb rating to down.The cheese bread and pizza were good. The crust was thin and crunchy. The ingredients were fresh and full flavor. The Sallie Pie was very good. The onions had a slight sweet taste like a vidalia. The cream and sauces were really good.It’s too bad the service is poor. It detracts from the good food.
Goodfella’s not Goodservice. Pizza aside, we have experienced very poor service consistently here. Clueless staff that just forgets you altogether. Recently, we went back to give it another shot (knowing what we were in for…I think we even indicated that we would be sensitive to the service quality). Sure as shift, we got forgotten and waited a good 20 extra minutes for a simple pizza. …and she forgot one of the toppings. Unreal.Goodfella’s. Expect lazy, careless and unapologetic service. Seriously.
Awesome food, amazing service. One of our family’s favorites. Ask for Tierney (she rocks) to wait on you. You won’t be disappointed!!!

Nice place. Would definitely come back. Pizza was delicious and I really liked the bruschetta. Only complaint was the music was super loud. I had to yell my conversation to my husband to be heard over the music.
