Is it a chain? YesIs the ambiance typical of chains? YesDo I have a negative biased opinion of chains? YesAll this aside Jersey Mike’s makes a pretty solid sammich. This particular location is extremely convenient being walking distance from where I work, so I’ve sampled their wares many a time. They offer cold subs, hot subs and wraps. The meat is sliced on site like deli meat should be. The meat quality is better than many of their chain competitors. Service is quick and amiable.Of the cold sandwiches I would recommend anything with the roast beef and if you choose hot I’d recommend the *Reuben. Some would criticize the fact they don’t have many topping options but I believe this works to their benefit. What they do offer is fresh and eliminates choosing issues for those who tend to get all A.D.D. when presented with too many choices like myself.Yes it’s a chain but a good one.*The Reuben is not very traditional and had a bit too much dressing but good in it’s own right

Nom and I had been to the JMs in Frisco and it was a great food experience would this be the same?Om: Oh yea, I LOVE JMs. They serve up the best sandwich that I have ever had that was the case at the Frisco location, and this location showed the same consistency. The meat and toppings are piled on the subs, and they slather it in vinegar, oil, and spices. Nice crispy bacon too, easily the crispiest from any sandwich shop. I can imagine this is what a New York sub would taste like! I had the club sub, my favorite (so far) that I have tried, though I plan in trying a some of their other offerings as well. The place was clean, the service friendly. I can imagine some having issues with the number of toppings they offer, its not quite as many as a Subway, but I dont need a lot of toppings. They also are pricy, a giant sub can cost as much as two footlong subs at other places, but you pay for the quality of food, and I gladly will. JMs is the best sub that Ive had to date.Nom: The best sandwich place on the planetI am convinced!!! How can you possibly go wrong with this place?? They pile on the meat like you may not eat again and the veggies are crisp and fresh. Also its a pretty basic offering of toppings which makes like really easy. Did I mention they slice the meat and cheese right in front of you?? So so cool I had the original ItalianOh my God!!! SO delicious! And fresh! I watched as they piled on the meat, cheese and toppings then doused the thing in sauce and salt and pepper. I ate almost the whole thing and thats really saying something! The bread is also wonderful and has a nice crisp crust! Expensive for a sandwich? Maybe but this is a case where you get what you pay for and you will NOT be disappointed!!!
