I do not think I am the target customer. The juices are made on sight. You can wait for a fresh press or buy a jar recently pressed. I announced myself as a first time visitor, so she asked my taste preferences. I wanted slightly sweet. She recommended apple, cucumber, spinach and ginger. The very first taste was pleasant, the apple and cucumber came through. Then my tongue started to sting from the ginger. I finished the 16 oz drink because it was healthy, but my tongue burned. After about five minutes, the burn faded. A bad spinach tasted lingered in my mouth for almost 30 minutes. It was very unpleasant. I paid $8 for the 16 oz glass. That’s too much for me. I’d rather eat a fresh fruit or vegetable and enjoy the taste.
