Knife Steakhouse Plano is Chef John Tesar's second location of his James Beard nominated modern steakhouse. Knife Steakhouse is located in Plano at the District at Willow Bend. All Ribeyes and Sirloins at Knife Steakhouse are dry aged in house for a minimum of 45 days and up to a year. We only use local ranches and our beef is always free of all antibiotics and added hormones.
