I love Kolaches and am a fan of those from the Czech Stop down in West. I stopped here hoping for something similar. They were not. These aren’t bad but expensive for what you get and not nearly up to the standard set by the Czech Stop
Unique Kolache Format – Very Fresh. The Kolache Factory is very unique. The outside bread of the Kolache looks like a round bun. You might not know it was a Kolache if you saw it sitting on a dinner table. I am used to the meat sticking out of the end, or the bread taking on a rectangle box shape around the sausage weiner inside. I can say the bread is very fresh, soft and wonderful. I got the traditional sausage Kolache and really enjoyed it. There are so many choices it would take several visits to get through all the types. Some examples are sausage & gravy, egg & cheese, BBQ Beef, fruit, ham & cheese, jalapeno & cheese, and the list goes on. Great place to explore different kinds of kolaches.
