Food: Top notch authentic south indian. Good portions and varietiesprice: little high and the prices are not standard as we dint get to see the regular menu on diwali weekend. service: staff is polite and will keep checking on you. the front desk should improve a lot on how they communicate while seating people. They can piss you off the moment you enterambience: interesting theme of village style tiffin-meal center Bestbet: go for their non veg thalis and special tiffins

Personally I didn’t like the place at all. Went for lunch buffet after some friends said it’s a great place with awesome South Indian food. I was so disappointed as the place was crowded and yet the food they served was below average. Nothing special was in the buffet. I paid a decent amount to eat rice, simple lentils, and cabbage.
So, I’ve heard that this is one place that most Indians in Dallas head to when they miss the homecooked South Indian food (especially the Non Veg Array).Had to cross this place off my wish list when I was here and I’m glad I managed to.Sunday Afternoon – booked a table (else you’ll be waiting for long). The Unlimited Meals are exactly how they are at home. Basmati Rice along with an array of curries and masalas. The Chilli Chicken was crisp. I felt that they could increase the chilli powder content in it. But, I guess it also needs to suit the Non-Indian tastebuds. The Fish Curry was heavenly. So was the Rava Kesari.A perfect place for a sit down South Indian unlimited meal. Good Service.Bottomline : Lived upto the expectations that people had given me. I’d literally head back here instead of cooking non veg at home. Less on the oil content and clearly home-cooked.
Great south Indian thali place in plano. Don’t miss this place! Extremely proud to have this authentic south Indian restaurant in this area. The food is great, awesome.
By far the best South indian Restaurant in USA(Out of the ones I tried). I love the traditional presentation of food. Amazing Crew. Not a place to have Biryani try out the tiffins, Curries, Sides. Totally in love with it. The lunch was a special.
One of the best Indian restaurants in the metroplex. Authentic, traditional and super good South Indian thali served on Banana leaf on the weekends. Along with chicken, mutton and fish curry, the thali is served with rice, veggies, papadum and buttermilk. Eat as much as you want like a buffet, the only difference being the food is served to the table. The restaurant is clean and service is fast. We have tried the traditional thali and a couple of other things including Chole bhature, masala dosa, kottu parantha, paneer tikka masala, and idli sambhar. It is amazing how they get the flavours right and every single time we eat there (and we do eat there a lot) it tastes the same. They recently added a fresh juice bar. Also, try some great south Indian and North Indian desserts and drinks. We have tried our share of Indian restaurants in the US and we can safely say this is one of the best you will find. Must try. tastebudiaries.wordpress.com
