Food poison from rice. The rice was spoiled with a bad odor smell and texture. I finished a whole bowl with their spicy hotpot soup so I did not notice. But when my wife was about to eat her bowl plain, she noticed right away. About 5 minutes later, I felt very nauseated and sick to my stomach. I confronted the server and the server said the rice was from the morning and it did had a smell. Nothing was compensated. Not even the manager came to check on me. I had to ask them to refund my portion as I did not eat anything afterward and felt very sick. While driving back to hotel, I puked like 10 times and then more throughout the night. It was a horrible experience. Even our friends kids felt nauseated and puked that evening. If you just want to go for a good service from the waiter, go ahead. Otherwise stay away from the rice and who knows what else is spoiled or contaminated!!!!Health inspector recorded that they need to relocated fly lamp, to keep hand wash sink clear, and to label chemical spray bottle. Recent open record shows them being a Grade C with same repeated violation of raw shells egg above produce, bottles not labeled, etc. Definitely not going back and warning everyone to stay away from this place at Plano. If you want hot pot, drive to a different one!

Amazing dinner experience that will leave you feeling some serious love for hot pot cuisine! We tried an array of meats and veggies and everything was exceptional. The shrimp was to die for. Do yourself a favor and get the half and half hot pot — you’ll love the spicy but need a few rounds in the house broth (also beautifully flavorful) to cool your palate down. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent food, a little difficult to approach if youve never had Chinese Hotpot but if you know what youre doing its spot on. Id suggest you ask for extra water if you get spicy as it may take a minute to get your water. I always go when im in town.

Great hotpot. Here is a summary Business Hours:Monday – Sunday (Lunch) 11am – 3pm (Dinner) 4:30pm – 11pmAll you can eat hotpot $19.99 Each person (minimum of 2)Also has a few separate ”grilled” entrees that can be purchased instead of hotpotwe went on sunday and the food was amazing, the place was so clean and food was fresh, the people were also very nice, this place was a nice refreshing change from the typical wannabe ”chinese” restaurants, because this is a ”real” chinese restaurant, its a chain from china so they know how to make it right because the menu items and price is same at dinner and lunch, i recommend you come for lunch if possible because the place is slammed at dinner time, they have a line forming out the door for dinner so beware but it is well worth the wait, so i f your like me and you have been looking for that authentic chinese taste nearby then this is the place to be.I drove from arlington just to get here, just take 161 all the way to 75 north then exit legacy its on the left its about 40 minutes to 1 hour drive from arlington or ft worth

This place is amazing! When we went we got both spicy and original. The soup base is wonderful. The spicy base isn’t very spicy. The staff are all very attentive and kind. Great customer service. The have a wonderful mini hot pot special for only $9.99. We will definitely be going back!
