Bad customer service!. I Called to make a delivery order and the lady was very rude. She kept interrupting me and kept leaving in the middle of my order. I asked what type of low mein they had and she yelled and said they had many kinds and to just hurry up cause she was busy. She was extremely rude and hard to understand. I would not recommend anyone to order here unless you want to get treated with disrespect. I will most likely not go there or order online ever again. Very bad customer serivce what a shame.
Do not waste your money!. The customer service was a nightmare. I ordered delivery because I am a handicapped senior. I had a very hard time understanding the person taking the order. When I received the order, it was not what I ordered. I called the restaurant and was told I got what I ordered. I could not convince this person that I did not order what I received. I asked for the owner or manager. She told me they were not there and would call me right back. When she called back she said she would give me what I ordered as long as I gave back the order I received. I said no problem. I waited over an hour & called back saying I have not received the new order. I was told I would have to bring in the order that I had. When I explained that I could not come there that’s why I ordered delivery. She said they could not deliver again. I asked to have the owner call me. That was 5 days ago and did not receive a call back. They were very rude and snoty. The food was very salty. There are a couple of other good places in this area

The countergirl was too busy talking to her boyfriend to pay any attention to any customers. Food took fovever. My 90 year old grandmother’s lettuce rolls were inedible. The chicken was to tough to chew. I tool the plate (with two bites gone) up to the counter and told them she could not eat it and could we just exchange it for a cup of wonton soup instead. She said, no, we would need to pay for it. What??? I brought the inedible food back, she took it back then charged me for a cup of soup that might cost them 40 cents. I flat out told the girl that we woould not be had been there for years and would not be coming back due tocustomer service. She shrugged adn started talking to her boyfriend or whatever again.They los regular customers todaay and did not even care. Oh, well. There is another Chinese food place just across Coit. Maybe they will be better…
I called in an order and the woman who answered the phone was so rude I’m telling her the things I need and then reminding her and she’s cutting me off saying I know I know. As if inferring I should hurry up. Terrible service
Pretty Good. I order from here fairly frequently. Their food does not seem to be a greasy as some other restaurants. Oddly enough, though, I my absolute favorite thing on their menu is their chicken wings. YUM.
