Great Staff – Healthy Options – Good Flavors. This My Fit Food location has a very friendly and helpful staff. They ask if you want help. If you say yes, they give you a wealth of information on nutrition, portions and tastes. If you say no, they let you shop alone. We tried the Berry Fine greek yogurt, Lean Lemon Turkey and Almond Crusted Chicken. All three were good. Our total meal was under 500 calories and costs about $11 each. My only issue is no free water. I have been to other fit food type locations and they have free flavored water set up. We could have purchased a water bottle for each of us here, but at $1.50 a piece I passed. I ate my meal dry. In the future, I will only pick up my food and warm it up elsewhere.
