There is a waitress likely from Taiwan, aged from 30 to 40, who worked there for longer hours than other young workers. She spoke towards the food, letting saliva on the food when serving the food. Suddenly, no mood to eat. Bad experience.

Authentic and absolutely fantastic.
This is a real deal Chinese noodle house the Chinese version of a Viet Namese noodle/pho shop. Their food is quite authentic – I was the only round eye there and they can scrounge you up an English menu if you can’t read the main (Chinese) one…I am also a JiaoTze freak. Their potstickers are some of the best I have had that my houseboy Cato didn’t make. $6.95 for a dozen, eh? Hold on there, Tiger…sure it sound steep, but these are Gigantor sized potstickers, OK? I barely finished the plate (platter really!) of ’em and they were wonderful. Had the pickled pork noodle soup – couldn’t finish it…too much! Great place so find it before all the Dbags do and ruin it! NE corner of Coit & Park… Vegas
