Great ambience and wonderful service.Two of us on a Tuesday night and thoroughly enjoyed the stuffed jalapeo poppers & chicken fluetas for appetisers and shared a grilled shrimp border bowl for entre.
The service its good but lit bitt slow ,the food it’s average,the prices are not bad ,for that food they serve ..I like caluha ice cream the sauce liquor it’s good
Always Happy – Great Patio Too. On the Border fills a need. I like the huge chips that I can break and fiddle with the salsa while talking and tossing back a beer. The shredded burrito with green chili sauce is good. Our brisket taco’s were fine. Service is hit and miss. I have had stellar to terrible. Tonight was average. I have no problems with coming back or saying yes to a group suggesting On the Border.
Thank you to the waiter. Normally, I try to steer away from writing reviews about chains, but this one is for the waiter.We were here about 3 weeks ago for a basketball tournament at the Field House in Frisco.The waiter was super-observant and attentive. If my wife and I opened a restaurant, we would steal him.Service was perfect!
They F’d up my dang order!. I ordered chicken Empanadas….not beef! Then..u give me a hard time cause I had no receipt when I come back for u to correct my order Mr. Manager? lol…. I went and searched for my receipt and brought it back to OTB. Coincidentally, the lady who served me for carry out was there. Not Mr. Manager. She corrected my order with no hastle. The fact that I had to leave and come back with a receipt kinda pissed me off. Food…good…Service? agggh…..

I ordered the Ranchiladas plate and it did not look like the menu picture. It was disappointing. This was my 1st time and my last time I will eat there. I uploaded a picture of my meal. It’s just one giant blob, there’s no separation of the food. Adding to it, there wasn’t any ice in my iced tea & the dinner order wasn’t entered, so it took extra long time to be served.
