Overpriced for the amount and quality of the food.I always hate being seated at a wet table. It just makes me feel like it isn’t really clean. The seat was wet too. Ugh! Take 5 seconds and dry off what you just wiped down if you will seat customers immediately!We got our food before we received utensils. Another pet peeve of mine. I love steakhouses and love steak. Theirs isn’t bad. But, it is far from being really good. Their steaks are always tough it seems like. I ordered Sirloin and Crab legs. The food came in a reasonable amount of time and the plating was visually pleasing. The steak was okay but nothing special. The crab legs were cold and I was not brought the additional butter I requested when I ordered The house salad was actually pretty good. As steakhouses go this one is far from the top of my list
I’ve given them 3 trys. The first time was last year. I walked out after 15 minutes of not being waited on. The second time was late last year. The service was just plain slow. Tonight it was slow, but I decided to stick it out. What I found unacceptable, which has finally pushed me over the edge of not returning, was their decision to allow a patron to sit at the bar with his dog. No this was not a service dog. It was an old boxer that laid in the pathway. Boxers are my favorite dog, but this was inappropriate. They finally have run me off.
Awful!. We went on a recent Friday night & the place was very busy. After we were seated I ordered the prime rib & lobster tail platter. This was absolutely the worst prime rib I have ever been served. It was so tough I had to saw at it with my steak knife & was so salty I could just barely eat some. I ate half of the serving & gave up. The lobster tail was over-cooked & flavorless. It was so tough I had to use my steak knife on it!!!! A steak knife to get the lobster out! The baked potato was very good though. Service was pretty good for high school aged servers.
3-Cara. I couldnt wait the drive to get there. I went to Outback for my restaurant because my little sister chose to go there for her birthday dinner. I had a good time there and would go again. The atmosphere was interesting, the service was alright, and the food was great. As soon as you walked in you could smell the delicious food. There were quite a few people there but we didn’t have to wait for a table. Decorations were meant to look like we were in Australia in the outback. It had all sorts of interesting decorations. It was a nice place and it looked very clean. I went to the bathroom and it was very clean there was plenty of toilet paper and soap and it didnt smell horrible. The waitress was nice and polite. She took our orders and was patient with my little sisters when they would not make up their minds. She also came to check with us often. We got our drinks and our appetizers fairly quick. Our actual food took what felt like forever to arrive. It had to be more than thirty minutes of a wait. I ordered was a steak, some rice and a salad with Dr. Pepper for a drink. The steak I ordered was great. It was exactly how I ordered it to be cooked and was juicy. My rice was good, it was a little dry but I liked it otherwise. My salad was good and crispy but I didn’t eat very much of it because I was so full from the amazing steak. In conclusion dinner at Outback was great. I had a good time with my family. I enjoyed the food, atmosphere, and service. Everything went smooth and there were no mess-ups with any of the food. It was also very clean. My family and I will probably go back in the future.
So Outback just called. They apologized profusely and are completely taking care of the situation. Great customer service! And we will be going back soon.28 Oct, 2012Don’t eat here. 4 out of our 5 meals were under cooked and my best jacket was stolen!
A Favorite!. Went there on a Saturday night, did not have to wait for seating as it just started to get busy. As many of you are aware Outback is your chain steakhouse, but they do a VERY good job at meeting and exceeding expectations. Our server (Cody) was outstanding and provided the kind of service that you would normally get at a more expensive steakhouse. our order was a bit complicated but he managed to get everything correct. Steak was done perfectly and had good flavor, garlic mashed potatoes were not too garlicky, and they were right on giving us more complimentary bread as soon as we ate the previous loaf. As far as chains goes I am not hesitant to say that this is the best of the bunch & would definitely go back.
