For what it is—in a food court—it’s not bad. I like the fact that food is cooked fresh in an open kitchen. Flavor wise, it’s just middling. Portions are good and the temperature was on point. Service was extra friendly. Asked for onions rings well done, and they were browned and crisp. That’s a big plus.
Low Flavor Pass. Why is food court food an adjective that describes the quality of food. I picked this place because they prepare the food on a grill right in front of you. I thought the quality would be better than fast food. It was not. The tator tots were perfect. I did nom those down. The chicken cheese steak had no flavor. I tasted the bread. The onions, chicken, seasoning and provolone should have been packed with flavor to override bread, but it didn’t.FYI this fast food joint is in the food court inside Willow Bend Mall.
