So I am giving this place 4 stars only if you are getting the pho. I got the P2 PHO BAY SPECIAL which is basically the pho with all the meats. My friend got the KOREAN BBQ SHORT RIBS. The pho was amazing. The soup was flavorful and the meat was all well cooked. The short ribs on the other hand were okay. They didnt taste bad but not worth the same price as the pho. There wasnt that much meat or sauce to go with ribs. Also the meat was a bit tough. So if you come here only get the pho like the name suggests. Lastly, the staff was welcoming, but if you are seated close to the kitchen than the restaurant may be a little smelly because it was for us.
This is a nice bare-bones Vietnamese restaurant along Central in Plano. The interior is sparsely decorated. The staff is welcoming, but we had some confusion in ordering.But in the end, we had some nice Pho of several different kinds.Lots of people seemed to come in for take-out while we were there. Given the small restaurant that let in a lot of cold air, but it wasn’t too bad.
Very great Pho. I’ve been to a couple establishments around Dallas and this has been the best one. Service is great as well. It can get a little crowded, but the keep your drink filled and the food doesn’t take too long to come to your table. I will definitely be back!
Pleasant Surprise!. We found our North Texas pho restaurant! Hubby and I have been several times and everything we tried from pho, vermicelli, and bun bo hue are simply yummy. The wait staff is friendly and helpful. The waitress actually talked me into trying the spicy bun bo hue instead of my usual pho, and it did not disappoint. Good prices and great food, and we will be returning!
