Good fast place for lunch but not the best barbecue in town. I love their collard greens and sausage sandwich. Good Memphis style ribs but the brisket is a bit dry for my taste. Bar is ok with limited selection of draft beers.
I’ve had better, I’ve had worse. This place honestly is stuck right in the mundane middle of the road.Ambiance is a typical chain look, kinda like a southern themed Chili’s.I’ll give credit to the service staff. I noticed the bus boys getting to a table almost immediately after the patrons left. The hostess was friendly without being obnoxious. My waiter was pleasant and never let my tea get down past halfway. So props to the staff, well run/managed.The menu initially looks good having a wide variety of BBQ favorites. The quality of the food however is back to the middle of the road.I had the brisket and without the sauce would’ve been too dry to enjoy. The sauce was basically cider vinegar and pepper that was a bit thin.Not impressed and not disgusted, it’s just very chainy.
