This place used to be my all time favorite place to go. Then, things changed. The quality of the food is hit or miss. The last time we went the chicken dish my son ordered was so dry it wasn’t edible. On top of that we had waited a long time to actually get the food. The manager and the waiter staff was joking around and generally having a terrific time while ignoring the customers. When the food did arrive they couldn’t be bothered to walk around and place the food on the table but instead lifted it over the short wall we were sitting against. I ended up calling the manager over when we realized the food was inedible and rather than taking the food back and making it right he pretty much blew me off and said that was the way it was supposed to be. We left and when I got home I emailed the chain describing my experience and the offered no response but did mail me $20 worth of coupons. This just made me more angry. I would not go back and made that clear in the email and they are sending me coupons for about 1/3 of what I spent. Not sure what I was expecting but maybe just an acknowledgment of my concerns and an apology and a thank you for letting them know the issues. We will NEVER go back
