I have been here three times now. I live in Houston so I don’t eat rusty tacos often but I try to stop in when I am in town. The breakfast tacos are awesome! The corn tortillas they use for all of their tacos are much more preferable to a flour tortilla. The bbq brisket taco was the best option. Brisket was juicy, sauce was good, and it was topped with coleslaw which is exactly how I like it. Thumbs up!

Always fresh, tasty and hot. Over eight different soft tacos to choose from. And for only $2 a taco! Wish there was one in VA.
Plano location has friendly staff, great shrimp tacos, as well as the pork & brisket. The fresh salsas will set your hair in fire, so beware. Fresh guacamole with chunks of avocado, definitely not from frozen or a box store. My go-to neighborhood taco. Consistent & affordable w/nice outdoor patio tables
The Best Gringo Tacos. This is where you should be getting your tacos. I am a taco hound and have had them all over DFW. Best breakfast tacos for sure. Better than fuel town If you like the more Mexican style then go,with fuel town For straight up awesome flour tortilla, brisket etc tacos, this is it. Chips are outstanding and the salsas are incredible. Best all around tacos. PERIOD.
Great Place. This past Tuesday we visited Rusty Taco. I can’t say it is my first visit or even my 50th visit. Since opening a year ago, we are regulars. Eating there twice a week is not out of the ordinary. The owner is awesome. He says hello everytime. He may even sit down and talk with you if he has a moment. Each time we walk through the door, we see someone we know. I would never have guessed a taco place as a neighborhood gathering place, but it is.Part of the connection to the neighborhood is his picture wall. If you wear one of his shirts while on vacation and take a picture of it, he will post it on the wall. There are pictures of Rusty Taco shirts all over the world.The food choices are simple: tacos or breakfast tacos. They cost $2.00 each. My favorites are the brisket taco, black bean taco, and egg/fajita breakfast taco. My daughter loves the fried chicken taco. All of them taste very good. Did I mention they are only $2.00. We feed our whole family for under $20!Come have a taco and a beer. Connect with your friends. When the weather is nice the garage door windows go up. Talk to your friends out on the patio.
Great Tacos. With a wide selection of outstanding tacos this is a welcomed addition to the neighborhood. Rusty Tacos is will organized turning out tasty Tacos in a matter of minutes. The only problem we occasionally have is that the place is so popular it can be hard to find a place to sit and eat. They need to expand their seating capacity.
