Very Good Sichuanese Food. Whatever reservations or reasons you have for not liking this place should be given a backseat to the flavors. The food is really well done. All three dishes (Kung Pao, Cashew Chicken, and Veggie Mix) were very very good. This is on my short list for take-out Chinese.I will admit the atmosphere is a bit spartan. The open doors that expose the kitchen, cleaning supplies and other back-of-house items should be hidden, but they are not. There also is a language barrier. I did have to point to my menu item for my server to get my order. All that said, SO WHAT. If you want a flavor of the love the brother and sister put into this place, ask what the Chinese words behind the cash register mean. Wow, you will get a very loving response for trust, honor, collaboration, relationship, and much more. I really wish my Chinese was better (as in I could understand just a little), I now want to understand everything she was telling me.Great place.
