I walked into the restaurant and waiting 10 minutes before I was even served. Instead a hostess asked me if anyone had taken care of me yet. Which they had not. When a waitress finally did come by, she took my order. She came back and I told her the order was wrong. She copped an attitude and walked off. Had to call a manager over. At this point, he was courteous enough to take care of my order and apologize for the service of his waitresses. Wont be going back to this location. Ill take my money back to the location in Mesquite where the waitresses are nice and attentive like Beverly.

To start, I patron twin peaks a couple times a month, at this particular location, since it opened. I bring colleges, friends as well as my wife and kid. In the beginning the Plano location was awesome. Staff WAS incredibly attentive, very tasty food, and the coldest beer on the block. I don’t know what happened but in the last year the staff is now only attentive if I bring all men into the establishment. If I bring my wife and daughter in, which also have enjoyed twin peaks, we are treated a bit as outcasts. The last YEAR of visits we’ve had issues with getting the bill correct, as I like using Twin peak incentives, which seems to occur every other time I come in. The the last visit, may be my last… This is the first time I had multiple issues with the order and Bill. Simple order, cheese burger with billionaire bacon, salad with dressing, an app, and three drinks. No dressing came with the salad. Burger was baconless. Waited about 10 min for the waitress to come back which she promptly took the plate to get billionaire bacon. Comes back with regular bacon. Not a huge deal, but still wrong, and at this point the burger has sat for who knows how long. Waitress eventually comes back to bring dressing for the salad another 5-10 minutes later. We eat, burger is bland, which they are not usually, salad isn’t crisp, but the app is fine (cheese bites). This trip we also had a couple issues with the bill. The Second round of bill corrections the manager came out to hand the check with nothing to say. I was shocked. He left to look at another patron’s dog. We had to wait another eternity listening to my kid complain while waiting for the waitress to pickup the payment ( probably another 10 minutes ). So, a burger, a salad, one app, 3 drinks (for 3 people btw), three food issues, two check issues, meh food (which used to be great food), and hour+ wasted waiting = a bad experience. TP Plano, I think we are done unless you can improve family experience at your establishment.
Bleah. Stopped in for Lunch, swept to a table imediately. Ordered a burger, off goes the waitress, I open Facebook on my iPhone and login and here’s my burger.2 minutes? It was raw and btw, I had my check in 2 more minutes, without asking. It cost me $12 for – 12 minutes? And I didn’t eat it. I wanted to throw it across the room and scream.Horrible experience, won’t go back.
Cafeteria food
Great stop over for beers and bar food with friends. Wait staff is friendly and attentive. Food has improved over the past couple of years an is a good place for lunch now too.
