Slow Service & Unappealing. This particular Wingstop has some work to do to right the ship. The location itself needs a thorough cleaning, better busing of tables and keeping the floor clean. The bucket of dirty water sitting in the seating area is an appetizer killer. The dirty unbused tables and floor are difficult to eat around. My table was sticky and rounded out the unpleasant feeling of the place. Service was decent especially the interaction with the employees. The 15 minute wait is too long. I’m definitely appreciative of being told it would take 15 minutes for my meal, but that is too long for 6 boneless wings and fries. The boneless wings were okay, but given the experience I will not come back to this specific location.
