ZN Express has been open a little more than a year now. They have really improved their service and delivery. I was greeted as I walked in the door, and then asked if I had been there before. I decided to say no to see how it went. Im glad I did. She walked me through the portion sizes, ordering steps and types of food. The buffet warming pans are just for display. The food in the pans are not for sell. Its a visual representation of their menu, which is very effective. Your food will be cooked piping hot in back and brought out to you. While the food and process is very good, they still use Styrofoam even for dine-in guest. The environmental impact is enough to at least use something else for eating in.I tried three different entrees and enjoyed them all. The chicken was properly cooked. The baby corn, snap peas, mushrooms were all fresh and kept their flavors. The sauces added another dimension, but did not over power the individual ingredients. Last year, I tried the Tom Kha soup and loved it. This Thai express is a solid lunch and take-out option.
