This, makes me happy. The wings had a light batter and then……..I’ll tell you later. The catfish were the bigger fillets, like what you get when friends and family come over, ok, your friends. This too had a light cornmeal dredge and was cooked perfectly. Actually, nothing was over or under cooked. Now, after everything is cooked, they generously sprinkle kosher salt and crushed red pepper flakes. Oh, and their chicken egg rolls are also battered and kissed with S and P. I will be back.
