Great burger. It has been a few years since I have found myself near a Novrozsky’s around lunch time, but a recent trip to Mid-County filled that gap.It is good to see that time has not changed their product. The burger was very good with an almost 1 to 1 meat to bun ratio. The fries are a tad formulaic in that they come from a bag but they were still crisp on the outside and moist on the inside.I need to plan my days better where it is not so long before I get back.
Food great. Customer service? A joke… Takes a lot for me to have to go out of way to complain… Let alone have to sign up to even complain… But what rude staff. I come in they see me and choose to ignore me and for a good 7 min before line piled up… Mind you only couple people were waiting for food. Then order is wrong anyways. I will never come back to this one again. Mainly a girl with dyed purple streaks who saw me and walked away to continue her conversation. Wtf…

Disappointing. I ate lunch there today -the bacon and cheese burger with fries. The bacon was good to very good. It was all downhill from there. The beef was overcooked and dry. The meat was not the best. I put their bq sauce on it and wish I had tasted it before. It has some type of herb seasoning which I did not care for (rosemary?). I ordered the fries crispy. They were somewhat, but otherwise lacked flavor even after adding salt and their seasoned salt. Considering the price -$10 for burger and fries- the portions were skimpy. The burger I was told was 1/3 lb.Overall, I would not go back nor recommend.
Good food. I usually get a hickory burgerwwith cheese fries dripped in ranch. Mmmm. They have Pibb on fountain drinks.
Their turkey burgers are the BEST. Moist, flavorful and filling. Their black bean burgers are also very tasty. I get the sour cream on the side -they are not dry so don’t need it. I just pour the salsa on and enjoy.
This place has amazing HUGE burgers. I had a turkey alvocado, and they give you half the alvocado. My companion enjoyed a mouthwatering cheesburger. Both were served with huge fresh buns, and the chili cheese frys were also up to par. They have a nice selections of bottled beers, and a couple flat screens to watch the game.
