Not Good. This place is laughable. The owner must have written the review below, too perfect sounding, etc. Anyways, it’s most obvious because this food is awful. Watered down hot sauce, bad service, watery beans. Just gross. Go somewhere, anywhere else.
My husband and I were looking for somewhere besides Tequila’s to eat Mexican food. We decided to try Rancho Grande even though there were no reviews. We were pleasantly surprised. The chips were very good and the salsa was warm. The frozen margaritas were also good….I like the slice of orange and the slice of lime on the glass along with a cherry inside. Even though it was Happy Hour (2-6:00), we only drank one each. My husband ordered the enchilada dinner with 2 beef and 1 cheese. He said the dinner was good, but the beef in the enchiladas was kind of bland. I ordered the half order chicken quesadillas, which were excellent. Overall, we were pleased with our visit to Rancho Grande in Port Arthur. We felt it was a step up from Tequila’s and two steps up from Casa Ole.
