DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Terrible sandwiches & terrible service & expensive. We paid $24.00 for 2 panninis. Sertinos uses raw bacon in their panninis. In addition Sertinos did not offer to cook the bacon nor did Sertinos ask if we wanted to order something else instead. The sandwiches were INEDIBLE and the management responds with an eye roll and a snarky comment.

Tannia Sobrinho. I love this place! I come here on a regular basis to study! My eight year old loves to come here to study too! It is a great atmosphere with great people. It is an excellent place for a small group of people to sit around and talk while enjoying some delicious food & coffee! They have ice cream too! Come out and enjoy a relaxing moment at Sertino’s Cafe!
Anytime of Day or Night!. This was the 2nd Sertino’s I’ve been to, the other one in Beaumont. This location is more spacious for sure. Great place to study or hold a small meeting in their enclosed room. I’ve brought my work here and found it a relaxing place to get things done with a perfect latte and sub-type sandwich.
Blegh.. I don’t know what it is about this place. Maybe it’s the slightly off putting smell of sawdust. Or how laissez-faire the staff appear about getting a simple order for 4 people wrong. THREE times. In a practically empty cafe. But I refuse to return. The sandwiches were adequate, but the coffee was blegh. Starbuck’s sometimes burned coffee is the holy grail compared to what we had there. Really not worth the money.The one good thing I can say for this place is that they are open 24 hrs. I seen many many students studying. Also, it is close to the Medical Center hospital, so it is convenient for those that do not want hospital cafeteria food. Other than that, it is not worth it.
