I thoroughly enjoyed my lunch at Los Cabos as did my wife. While I opted for a more traditional Tex-Mex combo plate, she opted for the enchiladas Poblanitas, a dish that was vegetarian and included a side of fresh vegetables, salad and enchiladas made with Poblano chiles, mushrooms and carrots. I was impressed that nothing here was overly salty and I learned that this was a decision on the part of the owner and staff.Because so much of their clientele winters here and because so many have diet restrictions they have made a decision to not salt the food. There is a salt shaker on the table for those who need salt.I found the food to be very good and well within the spectrum of Mexican food. People forget that much Mexican food is not spicy. So to criticize the food here for being bland misses the point, I think, I would recommend Los Cabos to anyone. thefriedchickenblog.blogspot.com
