The BEST movie theater/restaurant I’ve ever been to! Ordered the Loaded Fries and seriously my mouth almost dropped to the floor because it was super delicious. Service was great and felt like a movie star watching our movie and being served. Popcorn needs some help though lol
Food is hit or miss. Drinks are good. Carnivore pizza has always been good. Bottomless popcorn and soft drinks. Geared towards adults. Service is also hit or miss. But come for the movie not the food. Seating is reserved and chairs are comfortable. Talking or texting is banned and you will be removed without a refund
Went here for Star Wars. Seating is great. ASSIGNEDService in the theater is wonderful!Service at the ticket counter/bar was slow tonight. Everyone was really friendly. Chips and queso we a little spicy and good. Asked for additional chips and got those for free. +2Cookies here come out hot and gooey. +4!!Next time
Weve been to the Alamo Drafthouse numerous times and enjoyed our experience every time. Is the food worth purchasing or should you forgo it?Om: Not only is this one of my two favorite theaters to watch a movie in, but it also has the best food of any in the area! Nom and I shared a popcorn, which was delicious and buttery throughout. I ordered a Carnivore pizza and cheese fries. The cheese fries were fine, order was a bit smaller than I thought. I found the pizza to be a much better value it was a nice size and loaded with meat, more meat than could have wished for! I also tried a few sips of Noms vanilla milkshake which was also excellent. Definitely would order this again when we go back. While not a destination place for food specifically, I would not hesitate to order from them again when we do go back and check out a flick.Nom: I truly enjoy our trips to the Alamo Drafthouse! It reminds me of theatres I used to go to when I was growing up except those didnt offer delicious food. I ordered a kid sized vanilla shake and shared popcorn with my handsome love. Ok, so you wouldnt guess it but they make what I consider to be the best vanilla shake Ive ever had. Its drinkable and very very creamy and loaded with whipped cream on top. Sooooooooo good their popcorn is also delicious and buttery and comes served in a huge bowl! I really enjoy their offerings so I always look forward to a movie there with my handsome love!
I have been here numerous times. The food is average, burgers, pizza, etc… They seem to be developing their menu over time. It’s a fun place for dinner and a movie. I recommend attending their hopped up on cinema. They serve a large amount of beer, free pint glass, and a classic movie. Also, take the kids to the cartoon cereal party. All you can eat cereal and cartoons.
Great Food! Nice Atmosphere As Well.. Had their carnivore pizza with a salad. Very good. Just the right size. Crust was excellent. Server was friendly. I liked the nice roomy seats as well. Overall a very good experience. Looking forward to going again.
Plenty good for what it is. With my palate, I was here-or-there whether or not I could like the food at a movie-dinner franchise. Alamo is the best, apparently…so as we were around for a very limited-time premiere, last night was as good as any to try it. Safe to say I left pleasantly surprised.Service to a packed auditorium was pretty impressive. Expediently delivering apps, dinners and drinks with a larger-than-one-would-expect menu to about 250 people within 1.5 hours is no joke, and it went off without a hitch. Excellent beverage selection, with plenty of vegetarian options. The food was not incredible, but it was more than edible and hit the spot. Goat cheese & roasted red pepper dip for our appetizer only had a hint of goat cheese to go with the sour cream, but the peppers redeemed it. Chicken sandwiches were chargrilled and fairly juicy considering how thick the breasts were. The heap of young watercress on top of it added a mineral sweetness that really made the thing. Fries were curiously good. Alcohol pours were quite generous. It was expensive, but considering that tickets do not cost any more than any other first-run theater and the food was proportionally less for much better quality and quantity, I would dine and watch here anytime.
