Decided to go this place based on the positive reviews. Not good from the beginning. Took several minutes just to be acknowledged that we were there. They tried to lump us in with another party and tried to seat us with them. When we were finally seated it took several minutes again for our server to take our drink order. They brought us a basket of stale cold tasteless chips. It took several more minutes to get our drink order. Plain old water (how long does that take) and a frozen Marg. The Marg was very mediocre and only about 3/4ths full, for $7.25 you should get a full glass. When our waiter finally came back to take our order she would not let my 80 yr. Old mother order off the kids menu. Seniors don’t need the full plate. I specifically ordered beef fajita nachos. We had to wait a considerable amount of time for our food to come out and lo and behold my server brought me quesadillas and not nachos. She did offer to bring me nachos but we had waited so long I just kept the quesadillas. The meat was a little tough and rubbery. Not a good night for us. Needless to say we will not be returning.
So good!! Such a cute place and the food is delicious. I had a peach margarita, it was strong but good. I got a side of beans and a appetizer with a mix of everything on it. I think it was called a combo platter.
We have been eating here for many years. Food and staff are excellent! We’ve only had 1, just 1 complaint in all these years…a dish was a little greasy. It only happened once! If you and a partner or guest want fajitas, try the Parillada (mixed grill) for two. It’s more great food than 2 can eat at a really good price. Hubby loves the Brisket Enchiladas; I love the Carne Asada and Guiso. The only thing about this particular menu listing on this website is that it is really dated. Add about $3-$5 to everything.
