Lipstick on the glass, food on the silverware, watched waiter refill a soda – he placed his dirty hand over the top of the cup to dump out the leftover drink…which meant his hand came in contact with the ice that stayed in the cup…refilled it and gave it back to the customer. Nasty food, horrible service. Enter at your own risk!!
Good food, quick and QUALITY service!. When we want good food, and a short wait and quick service, we come here. We have always been seated right away, and we always have a waiter that is very attentive. It’s good quality Mexican food, without the wait of big chain restaurants!
Well after many years I decided to give them another chance. The first bad experience was food related, this time it was…. Where the hell is our food…related. 40 minutes waiting we were told there are complications with the kitchen, and offered guacamole to go with our chips. Thank you chili gordos for that spoonfull of guacamole. We’ll try it again in a couple of weeks to see if our fajitas are done.
Long time Customer. Was a long time customer. Food, fair to good depending upon who is in the kitchen that night. Inflation seems to have forced a cutback in meal size. Wait staff is untrained. One night I had a disagreement with the waiter about what comes with the order even though it was my fourth or fifth time to order that particular item. Then one night our order was lost, but only a lame excuse from the waiter and not a word from the manager. Still had to pay for drinks, chips and salsa.
Stale chips. Tap water. Good salsa. Tortilla soup is good but a little cheesy. Enchiladas were gross and they serve them with bagged salad. Expensive for what I got.
Great Neighborhood Spot. This is a hidden gem, just on the edge of Richardson. Sure, it doesn’t have the fit and finish as most of your chain restaurants, but the food is true Tex-Mex.I recommend the Mexican Fajitas: their fajitas covered in cilantro, tasty seasonings and a raw jalapeno. Good stuff.
This was just not a good meal from start to finish. Chips & Salsa – pretty sure from Sams Club. No specialty items on the menu to speak of. I had an enchilada dinner that MUST have come from a frozen box. Service was lack-luster at best. Prices are cheap. So are TV Dinners, which are MUCH better than the offerings at this restaurant.
