I’m honestly indecisive about whether or not I like it. Half the time my burrito is perfect, half the time it’s not. It seems to me that what is missing is consistent training of employees. How difficult is it to mash the ingredients together before rolling it up? It’s not, and about 3 out of 10 times they’ve done it right. Seriously, no one wants a full bite of just rice.
This chain normally produces good food. But this one locations quality of food is terrible. Their queso is always different and too spicy. It is orange in color half of the time. Other locations of this chain make good food and yes even cheese…but this one has got to go.
