Customer service is the worst. Please save your money, the worst customer service, rude and they blame the customer for wrong order. We placed an order by phone , they took the wrong Order, Then when I called to request the order, she said yes but I would have to pay for it. I was disputing the fact she took the wrong order and she just hung up. They forgot my drink as well.
Not so glorious customer service. Worst delivery experience ever. Called as soon as the order came…wrong. Was assured the correct one would. We had to call back over an hour later. Kept getting put on hold for 30 minutes to be told, no driver, no manager….at 10:45pm (3 hours after we first ordered) we were brought something that looked so terrible that we decided to not eat anything. Besides, the other had sat for 3 hours now. Took the entire order back the next day & left on their counter when the owner refused to tal about it. We certainly didn’t want it. Will never order from them again.
