I ordered a gallon of tea and the person at the window did not put on the top so the gallon of tea spilled all over me and my new car. I spoke to the manager, EJ Tesera, and she said there was nothing they would do and said she did not care. I called the corporate office at 972-831-0911 and got a lady who kept hanging up on me. Finally, I got a voice mail and I left a message and no one ever returned my call.
I went to Golden chick on 445 w aprapho Rd in Richardson this morning and my food was cold and had a funny taste to it. I will not recommend my friends to go to this place of business. Nor will I ever return to Golden Chick.

Golden Chick. I like the fried chicken and my wife like the chicken salad sandwiches. Free soft serve ice cream. We like the place.
Great Fried Chicken. Now this is excellent fried chicken, fried okra, and wonderful roles. Prices are very reasonable. Also good chicken salad.
