Worst experience ever!!. The service was horrible! The workers were throwing ketchup packets across the restaurant at each other, one flew right by our table!There was a friend of apparently every worker in there and he was playing and yelling over intercom at the employees! He and one of the young ladies that work there were all hugged up leaning all over the counter. He was brushing/ picking his hair all over the counter where orders are placed for customers to pick up!!! The manager and the other young man that was there were cursing in front of my 12 year old son! The manager that was on duty was just as horrible as the employees that he was managing! My son ordered a corn dog and it took them at 15 minutes to make it, because they were to busy playing around,talking on their cell phones instead of doing their job!! The worst experience EVER! Don’t eat there, it a freaking playground!
Don’t waste your time, if you do, check your receipt, they take extra money!. Good burgers, but the staff is terrible, my 7.50 lunch turned into a huge ordeal after I was charged more than 35 dollars for it. Worst part is I was home already before their error was realized. After returning to get my money back, I was told that I would not recieve the money back on my card for 3-5 days. This is a BIG issue as I am the father of 3 children and live paycheck to paycheck. The manager that I spoke to first acted like it wasn’t the first time this had happened, time to adjust your processes to 2014! The GM or owner was very curt and didn’t care whether I left happy. Disappointed, period!. I expected a tasty, juicy hamburger. What I got was a dry, tasteless excuse for a burger. The meat was too thin. I couldn’t even taste the onions. The fries were too thin and crunchy. Even the sweet tea was tasteless. I will not be visiting Griff’s again.

Griff’s. I used to go here a lot with my best friend. This place has been around ever since I can remember and I am fond of it. The best thing about this place is the low prices, in my opinion. Though the interior quality seems a bit unclean and greasy at times, I still highly enjoy the quality of food. For the price sold, it is a good deal and it tastes good. The times I’ve went here I always ordered a burger, fries, and a root beer float and I’ve always left content and full. Overall, I’d recomend it.
