Me and my family have eaten from this restaurant a few times & unfortunately every time the same entre tastes different as if all the chefs aren’t knowledgeable about the menu. The sushi rolls are sloppy with key ingredients missing throughout. The owner seems unwilling to satisfy guest complaints & even rude. I will not order from here again!
Tried it for the 1st time, food was not good pan seared dumplings were deep-fried not pan seared. Sesame chicken was overly fried and too much sauce. Fried rice was just rice tossed with soy sauce, no veggies no flavor. Mango Sticky rice was okay. $40 wasted.
Highly recommend. Best $$$ spent on lunch after church. Try basil chicken and any sushi. Staff friendly and will customize a dish to order. Food is the real deal.
Tried it for the first time last weekend. The sweet and sour chicken had very little flavor. The same with the Goo Goo Gi Pan Chicken. The egg rolls were great. It’s hard to say I would want to try them again as we wound up tossing the left overs into the trash.
I’ve been going to kung pow for several years now and they had been great. Had as in nowadays they’ve really cut down on their portion sizes and quality of food. I always got a dinner entree and it was good for 3 servings. I just had it last week and I could only manage to get two servings out of my order. They also used to give more rice if you ran out, but now they give one small carton of rice which is nowhere enough for a dinner entree. If I want more rice, they try and charge 3 bucks for another order. I’ve been going their for years and their explanation is that rice is more expensive. The last time I was there, their vegetables were overcooked and the chicken had too much fat hanging onto it. Until they change their quality and standards, They lost me as a customer, I think I am going to try out that jk china garden across from them
King Pow is a fabulous restaurant. Food quality is outstanding, portions are generous, and the prices are reasonable. I have never been disappointed in the food, whether it is the lo mein or their namesake kung pao chicken. The owners are friendly and always greet me by name when I go there.
Filling and Good!. Portions are big and the food is good! Plus the owners are there usually which makes coming more enjoyable! If you haven’t tried it, you should atleast once!!
