This place is terrific. I’ve been a couple of times for lunch and always order the salmon teriyaki bento box. My only complaint is this item is hard to find on the menu but it’s there. It’s a huge portion of food and reasonably priced. The atmosphere is simple and lovely and traditional Japanese seating is available. The service is friendly and basically I can’t wait to return.
This is such a gem! The ambiance was great. The servers were really friendly and helpful. We had the ika tempora, dynamite, tear, volcano, rainbow, Darvish…plus some saki. For all of those it was relatively cheap for sushi…now for the flavor!!!! The Darvish was hands down my favorite, so delicious. The tear roll literally made me cry, if you love spicy this is for you. The rolls were very fresh. I would definitely come back.

Japanese food, culture and service at its finest!. One of the most enjoyable eating-out experiences I’ve had in a long while. The atmosphere is dark and relaxing, and although all of the tables occupy one room, there is a clear sense of privacy. The service staff is authentically Japanese, very polite and very accommodating. My husband was able to order sushi that was not on the menu without any problem. Salad and soup came out quickly. Food followed soon after that. I ate the vegetable tempura which was served with sauce and rice along side. My sons and husband ate sushi, chicken and salmon teriaki. All of it was delicious. I rarely write reviews, but this restaurant deserves a medal. Best japanese meal ever!
Best Sushi in Dallas. It is the best sushi in DFW period. I go there very often and have been for many years. I’ve been to sushi places all over DFW, but this one takes the cake!
Best Sushi in Richardson. There are some great places in Richardson and I enjoy Sushi Sake as well, but Masami has the personal touch you can’t beat. Every single item is hand picked by the owner and you won’t find higher quality fish around. Give it a try and you won’t be disappointed.
Love it!! The fish is fresh, the staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is excellent. I love the salmon sashimi! Just don’t try the monkfish liver pate!!!
