This is a new Modmarket that concentrates on fresh ingredients.Its a nice bright interior in the new Cityline area of Richardson (near the new State Farm headquarters). You order at the counter and they rapidly bring out your food. Its very nicely prices and a good amount of food for your money.The counter service was friendly and when we had a question we flagged down a random server and they quickly answered our question. (We wondered what the little bits on the Coconut Thai salad were – they are sweet potato bits.)We ordered Coconut Thai Salad, pepperoni pizza, sausage pizza, and blueberry pesto sandwich. The Coconut salad was fine, if a little bland, Everything else was very good – the pizzas, and impressive blueberry pesto sandwiches.The pizza crust was good with a little charring on the bottom. Sauce was flavorful with chunks of tomatoes.Our whole family and in-laws liked the food a lot.A big addition plus was the sodas. Instead of the usual they had a Boylan’s soda machine with root beer, black cherry, and all the Boylan’s flavors. (Boylan’s has one of the best root beers in the country!)This is a busy corner for lunch but I’ll be back.
