I have mixed emotions when it comes to this place. They have 2 times OVER charged us by HUNDREDS of dollars when we pay with a credit card. Then also don’t seem to care, take their sweet time fixing it, and you never hear from a manager for an apology. The food is very good, it’s clean. The service is unpredictable depending on how busy they are. We are torn between just always paying cash there or stopping going altogether.

The chicken wings were very plain. Food is very plain I’d give it a 7. The special they had was the baked whole catfish which was pretty decent. I would only recommend the catfish for others

Excellent meal. I highly recommend the whole fish. It is served with scallions and peanuts and a sauce, and there are rice wrappers and veggies to wrap in with the fish. Have also heard that the seven courses of beef is excellent. All the spring rolls are delicious – try the pork. Bring some wine and don’t be in a hurry and you will be very happy .

… could be better. Went on a Thursday evening, and it was fairly slow- maybe 6 tables working. Service was quick. Food was quick- maybe too quick. My dish was pork with noodles, and while I expected the noodles to be chilled, the pork should have been hot. It was not- maybe warm, but not hot. My companions food was also not really hot. Like it had been cooked earlier and just kept warm. It all tasted good, and the presentation was nice. Service seemed to drop off after food was served. I suspect they need a manager on duty who cares about the success of this place.Atmosphere is modern, with a few big TVs showing sports or Asian programs, many long tables for seating random groups.I hope they can get it together soon.

I can not believe that all of the staff there is so bad. They do not care about customers. There are a lots of waiters but it takes a long time if you want refill your the drink. They let customers wait even it’s really slow at that moment. They are not happy at all to serve customers. It is really hard to ask for something you need for the meals. I can tell this is the restaurant with the worst service ever i have been so far.

Not so good. Went for lunch on a Friday at noon. Should be a good time for good food. Not so much. Ordered Spring Rolls, Pho and a Noodle dish. Spring rolls were gummy and nasty, Pho was tasteless, and the noodle dish had a unbalanced vinager sauce. Ok, so I didn’t read the reviews before that they only do 2 things well. Catfish and 7 Way Beef. Give me a break. Not sure about the weekend, but there were only a handfull of people there on a Friday for lunch.Oh, and the wait staff was all male and just about the worst I have ever encountered. One guy was reading a book behind the counter while we were waiting for someone to take our order.
