Had a Shadys burger which was a vegetarian burger with tomato, red onion , pickle etc. Was good but the high fries was even better. They have a good bar too. Pricing :- $20 (including alcohol)
Saw a rat run from the back while eating a t the restaurant. I asked a manager about it and he blew it off stating things happen. Had no remorse or respect for the customer! The manager also reeked of cigarettes and seemed more interested in the female bartender. He openly belittle the other staff members and walked around the place as if he owned it. I asked another employee how to contact corporate so i can mention the lack of respect i felt and the server who seemed very out of it walked over to the Manager. The Manager walked back over to me and told me he is the corporate and the owner. i will never go back here and i feel bad for whoever does own or manage the restaurant because there is a lot of things needing to be fixed. without customers there is no business.
Terrific atmosphere. My son ordered El Shady and was very pleased with it. He said it had just the right amount of heat. I ordered the Tendas. I thought these were okay but overall not close to terrific. The breading was dark and there wasn’t much of it. The ranch dipping sauce was very thin and neither had much flavor and no wow factor. My fault for ordering chicken in a burger joint. Service was absolutely outstanding. The place is dog friendly and I saw several beautiful dogs while there. They had the garage doors open and there was a breeze so all in all a comfortable visit. I can’t imagine sitting that way in July though. I think the heat would be a show stopper for me
