Greek Salad With Feta Cheese. First time trying the Greek salad and it is Delicious
The Ingredients Arent There…. This is a sub-par strip center Italian food & pizza place. While the location is excellent, the food obviously comes from cans & premixed ingredients on every level. It’s this lack of quality, flavor, texture, and overall appeal that puts this restaurant at the bottom of my list. Prices are equal to other same style restaurants which offer much higher quality (Like Besa’s, a mile and a half north on the same road). The atmosphere and service is warm and friendly, so I can see how it maintains a following. Parking & access is easy and they do deliver. If they would move to better ingredients, and do more house made dishes, I would probably be a regular, as the location is convenient for me.

I love the food. Everything I’ve ordered, I’ve loved. The canoles are great, too. They deliver.
Buffet…not so good.. I went to Soprano’s with some buddies from work on their suggestion. It was Friday lunch, which normally is a pretty booming time for most restaurants in the DFW area. So when I saw only 2 other people eating I became a little leery. Behold! The buffet (priced at $6.99 plus tax not including a drink and the salad bar is a buck extra). Offered were typical Italian-American classics such as pasta with a watery, bland sauce as well as a couple other specialties which I couldn’t name b/c there wasn’t a name to go with them. The only thing I remember was the veal parmesan, and it was less then memorable mostly because it like most of the items on the buffet… drenched in sauce and retaining lots of moisture. Texturally the food was bleak. I was quickly reminded of Cici’s after a couple minutes. The pizza was mediocre but tasty nonetheless. Service was subpar and unenthusiastic except for the guy running the register (the manager I assume), he was pretty cool. Depending on your specific tastes this place might send you running or it could be just what you’ve been craving. I’d like to point out that this review is only for the lunch buffet. I have no idea how their made-to-order pizza stacks up with the rest.
