Consistently Good BBQ. Had lunch here today with four other people. Had the combination place of chopped brisket and a quarter chicken. Both were excellent. I do recommend getting the sliced brisket. The chopped is prepared with sauce like sloppy joe meat. It’s good, but the sliced has the full smoked flavor that you can sauce to your taste. I also got cobbler with ice cream for the first time. Great stuff! Lot of crust on the cobbler, not too sweet either. Lunch was $15.41, a good value for all the food. billhensley.wordpress.com

Beef was tender but no taste. Over cooked. Rolls are good.

Excellent BBQ. YUM-O: Family Favorite for 18 years. The food is 100% delicious. The buttered rolls that come out of the oven and come around to the tables are fantastic! The real treat is the ribs or the sandwich plate with extra sauce. Leave room for the Blue Bell Ice cream or Cobbler! TRY IT.

If you boil your baby back ribs, the terrorists win. They boil the ribs here. avoid. zero flavor but hey, it falls right off the bone right? Skip this one folks, this is a cafeteria disquised as a bbq joint.

Excellent ribs! Didn’t like the beef. It was dry and tough. Would eat here again, but I can’t believe they are from Texas and can’t do beef.
