Perplexing Flavors. I love wings and don’t think this area has enough selection of them, so I’ve been to Wings21 a few times now. The service is good and the tiny dining room is always clean, but there’s something about the flavor of the chicken that’s just not typical. The meat itself seems a bit sweet, like some canned chicken I’ve had where the chicken is pressed and has a lot of moisture in it. If a Wingstop or a BWWs was built beside it, I’d never go back, but it does satisfy the craving for wings. diningoutdfw.com
Very good food! Always super hot and fresh! And it’s the cleanest restaurant I’ve ever been to ever!!!
