Met family for a late lunch. Restaurant was very thinned out. Waitress was Ok, but not what I have come to expect at Saltgrass/Landry restaurant. She was just doing her job, nothing more, no smiles, bored. The two managers that visited our table b/c we are Landry members were very friendly and professional. Appetizers of fried mushrooms were good, not greasy and seafood fondue was pretty good, but would not order again. Too rich and being on garlic bread was too filling. Everyone that had steaks were all very pleased. We will go back to this location.
We eat at Saltgrass at least once a week. The servers are all great; we have a couple of favorites but they are all great! The food is consistently good and they are good about making small changes to the dish you are ordering. We are members of The Landry’s Select Club and we enjoy getting the points towards free meals.
