Wonderful little place!!! We stopped in to kill a little time and found a true gem. The staff was amazingly friendly and charismatic. Great selection of beer on tap. We made several friends at the bar that we are still in touch with months later. Now the food. We got the Scotch eggs and Reuben eggrolls for appetizers, Both were so tasty. The scotcheggs were cooked perfectly, the eggrolls were like eating a perfectly cooked mini-reuben. We wanted the chicken fried ribeye, but they were sold out. Nice to know they don’tlet food sit around week to week. We settled for the chicken fried chicken and it was not disappointing. Overall the atmosphere is great, the crew was wonderful and the food was on point. Combine that with the great beer selection and you have a winning place.
WOW! The Londoner in Rockwall knocks it out of the park with stellar service and superior Texas hospitality for a very special milestone (40th) birthday party celebration for our party of 25! The rock stars were manager on duty, Dennis along with two absolutely AMAZING servers, Gabe and Morgan (aka Captain Morgan)! Their attentive service and attention to every detail was phenomenal. Truly good hearted people that far exceeded our customer experience! We highly recommend the Londoner in Rockwall 🙂
We tried this after it first opened and we’re disappointed. We decided to give it another try and on St Patrick’s Day. It was actually very good this time despite the crowd. They did run out of bratwurst which were a special for the day but that was pretty minor. They have a nice selection of beers. For St Patrick’s Day I decided to have a Harp Lager. We started with the Scotch Eggs. They were delicious and came with a jalapeo jam dipping sauce. My husband had a salad and chicken skewers with green beans. It came with a slightly spicy dipping sauce. I had the Guinness Stew. My stew was very flavorful. as were the mashed potatoes. Our waitress really tried to accommodate us in any way she could. I will definitely consider returning again
I had been wanting to visit and finally took the plunge. The atmosphere is really cozy and the decor made me laugh more than once. But the best part of was the food, I enjoyed The Duke and it was one of the best burgers I’ve ever eaten. I highly recommend you gift it a try and I will be returning soon. Cheers!
Omg! Fabulous! Our newest favorite spot! Food, service, atmosphere….all was on point! Came for dinner on a Saturday night & even had two kids and their kids dishes were amazing. The Cottage Pie was 100% out of this world!
Great beer selection. Bangers n mash, Shepard’s pie, mac n cheese, fish n chips are great. Price for alcohol is pretty good and they have drink specials all the time.
Not impressed. Scotch eggs were not bad, everything else was just bar food quality ( more emphasis on bar than food). Out of stock on two different beers, brought wrong soft drink, dinner food came before appetizer, salad dressing wrong, fish greasy, and Mac and cheese like soup. If England is known for not having especially good food, they nailed it.
