One of my favorite places. I recommend Casa G’s in Round Rock. I’m particular about refried beans and this is one of the few places that I like the beans. Tortillas are handmade. Bacon and pork is the best in Texas. Service is typical of Mexican restaurants around the southwest.
This is the only Mexican place in Texas I have ever been to that ran out if tortilla chips and lied about it. Ooops.

Their food is over priced and the staff is not attentive. The acoustics in the dining room need improvement. The place gets very loud and you practically have to shout to talk to the persons at your table. Food is nothing to write home about. On the plus side, the dining room and restrooms are clean. Definitely not going back.
Used to love, but has gone down hill. First time we were there, early 2013 food and service was great. By fall and into the end of of the year, food was very subpar and service was not great. Orders all confused and wrong and not cooked very well. I guess we won’t be going back. I went here last week with my fiance and some friends. Restaurant is light, bright and open vs being dark and cramped, margaritas were great, very much enjoyed all the food we had, salsa was spicy and chips were great too. The staff was friendly and attentive. Enjoyed every much,we will be going back.

Great Mexican Food and Service. This is a nice place located on the access road (I-35) they have fresh and good food. Their Gorditas are fantastic.
