Good food. Went there for dinner, food was great, and service fantastic.
Awful – had to throw it out. Orders fried dumplings to test for a Super Bowl party and a lunch special of sweet & sour pork. The dumplings were soggy and rubbery. The pork was fried so hard that I almost broke a tooth. The fried rice was the worst, the oil was so old that it actually stuck to my tongue. I threw everything out and $15 down the drain. Don’t waste you money, this place is disgusting. I had tried it a year ago and I didn’t like it then, but I was trying to save some time for the SB party… I would do better with Tostitos!
I ordered Kung Pau chicken. It was nothing like any I’ve ever had. The sauce was ok but did not taste like Kung Pau sauce. The chicken was strange, it was very soft and slimy. The amount of celery was absurd, it should have been called Kung Pau celery with chicken garnish. I couldn’t eat it. The egg roll and hot and sour soup were pretty good. The fried rice was rice with some seasoning, no egg or anything else. I probably will not go back.
Their portions will last you a week which makes them a great value. On top pf that theyre always offering deals (free wontons with $25 purchase etc) so there’s always a bonus! Plus the food is really good, I love the moo shu pork. ($8.25 will feed you for days.) plus the family who owns the place is really nice.
Definately Worth It!!. My wife took advantage of their lunch special for $5.85 (tea included). The food was great and the family that owns the establishment were very personable, I would recommend the China Wok to anyone without hesitation.
Amazing. Freashly cooked. They don’t start cooking untiil you order. Take out or eat in – this mom and pop does Chinese right. You might have to wait longer than at a buffet but the portions are big enough to share so buy a meal for everyone and creat your own buffet.
Not up to old standards. Different cook, different owners Still great spicy chicken soup. But now all sauces taste same, veggies way over cooked (three times in a row different foods). Just all seems to taste same now not like a year or so ago.Lost it’s outstanding asian food and is now just another chinese take out. Sorry for the loss it was great………..
