Went out for dinner with my cousins & this is there go to place for Tex-Mex food, sure this is a crowded place and have to wait, but it’s food makes the wait definitely worth it. Apart from that the ambiance of this place, service too was upto the mark. Also there speciality boom boom sauce is a must try.
I was disappointed with Chuy’s in Round Rock. It seemed dirty overall, and there was a funk smell after they bussed and wiped down tables nearby. The noise levels were outrageous. I could not hear the person I was with talking …at all. Also, I’m vegetarian and there were tiny bits of what looked like beef on the edge of my plate. I don’t know if it was accidental or intentional, but I will definitely not be going back.
Very very very crowded. Insanely crowded and going during rush hour you will definitely have to wait a minimum of an hour before you get seats. The food is good, but service could be faster. The creamy jalapeo and the green chile sauce are a must try and the enchiladas and relenos are amazing as well. Rice and beans are fantastic and overall very pleased with this restaurant.
