Old school local Italian place with passionate casual service and great Classic Italian American Staples. I brought my family here and ordered the Chicken Picatta. It was early in service and I mentioned to the waitress that my Chicken tasted like margerine that It would be much better with Butter. Not a big deal but just feedback. She brought the owner over and I said the same thing. Not complaining but just letting her have feedback. Turns out they were shorted on the butter on their delivery and a cook bought margerine and used it without the owner knowing. Owner was very passionate about making sure that I got what I liked. I had already eaten most of the picatta but she remade it and brought it out. It was perfect. Exactly what I wanted. What really impressed me is that she was so passionate about making sure that the food was correct. Not just that I was satisfied. I could tell she really cared about her food and customers. She did not even charge me for my meal even though I had eaten the whole thing and she replaced it on top of it. Ginos has taken a few steps up on the places I like to eat.

Absolutely incredible! One of the beat meals I’ve had in months!First of all, they start you off with some warm bread and delicious garlic/oil dipping sauce. Then, I got the Trout Siracusa which was absolutely phenomenal. The lemon wine sauce makes it slightly salty but it works. For the side, I recommend getting the tomato basil soup which is way better than the salad. For the side pasta, I tried the pesto one but didnt really like it. Came back and had the regular spaghetti with red sauce which was much better. Our server, Courtney, was also really nice! Asked for her again when we came back and had another great experience!
