This is my second time to eat at Jason’s deli’s. I’ve enjoyed my food both times and the service is always good! But today we had the pleasure of siting across from the kitches area and as I was waiting I was observing the kitchen staff and watched a worker drop a knife and then pick it up and reuses it. After that he picked up all the trash off the floor, took it out, came back and started preparing food with the same gloves. I also noticed they sprayed cleaner all over the place while food is still being prepared. Not a very sanitary place if you ask me… Eat at your own risk!
My Kids Love it. I normally take my kids to Jason’s Deli at least once a week. We love this place, the people are always friendly and willing to help with refills when I can’t leave the table. Both my sons love the mac and cheese even though it is the same as what I make at home and I have tried many things and loved them all. The only thing I am not a fan of is that their mac and cheese comes out so hot that if they bite into it right away it burns their mouth.
Lunch Sandwich. I had the corn beef and the wife had pastrami. Very, very good. I would go there again. The soft serve ice cream is free. The booth tables are too small. Four people in a booth is crowded and the furniture needs an upgrade. Atmosphere and service is average.
