Great, but will not be back due to exceptionally rude and slow staff.I don’t recommend this place to anyone until they get rid of their moody 16 year old staff.
The ONLY acceptable Snow cone!. I started getting these way back when Darla and Her Husband were running it out of the Tropical Sno little white trailer on the side of the road down the street nothing beat a day at the Round Rock pool and a stop for shaved ice! 23 years ( that ive enjoyed them) and going stronger than ever!!!!- i love the new place since theyve built on the lot/ building with the water Jug ( her dads business) things have been awesome! the misters the out door patio…. umbrellas and all – and we love the drive thru – for a quick trip in and back home to the AC. ** what always stood out for me was that Darla made her flavors and there is NONE of that nasty artificial aftertaste! **
This shaved ice is the perfect consistency. The flavors are true to their names and are exceptional from a quality standpoint. I feel compelled to add that being in a customer service based industry for decades, I have very high expectations. The team here exceeds and is helpful, respectful, and polite. Any newbies are trained by the core team that have longevity and they don’t tolerate poor work ethic. Staff that doesn’t live up to expectations is weeded out pretty quickly. The owners commitment to quality is also evident. Thanks to the owner the employees are not seasonal so their skill at crafting this delicious treat doesn’t decline and means you get a quality product. I crave this yummy concoction daily and only wish I lived within walking distance. I’d give them 10 stars if the scale would allow it

So Addicting good!. I love the Kabuki shaved ice . . . always been my favorite and always will be. If you live in Round Rock and you have never been to Kawaii Shaved Ice . . . what are you waiting for? I love the ice and they always put the right amount of juice on it. Prices are reasonable and service is awesome. Nice having a drive thru window on hot summer days.
