Raw Porterhouse. Ordered the Porterhouse for two well done. The waiter brought out the sides before the steak and then came back five minutes later and stated that the steak was still cooking and would be out in a minute. When the steak did come out it was raw in the middle, the waiter saw this and asked did we want them to cook it again which we did but after that I did not want to eat. When the steak came back out I asked for my ticket and left. Horrible service and I will never darken a Longhorn Steakhouse entrance again.

No BS review of Logans. I will give them a C+ Positives, the Manager came to our table to see how everything was, our server was nice and fixed his mistakes when he made them.Negatives: Food is over priced for what it is and you can tell there is not a lot of talent in kitchen. The server was not very attentive to our group when we needed more drinks, and made mistakes with our orders (although did correct them then brought to his attention).Overall: They need to Hire better cooks because their steaks were not that great and it was the way they were prepared, their lobster is a very tiny serving and were slightly burnt. They need to get some talent in the kitchen as you can TELL with the product they serve out of that kitchen, and maybe invest in some Server training to minimize mistakes that compound their mediocre at best cooking staff. As I said it is a decent place to eat, but it’ss too expensive for the service and food you get. The manager coming to our table and the server fixing his errors in our orders is why I gave them a C+ instead of a C-.

Bad Bad. Want to be ignored while paying good money? then come to Logan’s Roadhouse and get ignored , get bad food and no service.

I read online that they have Prime Rib on Fri, Sat and Sun until they run out. I got there Sun at 4:45 so I would be sure to get a portion. When I order the waitress told me they were out. I asked how they could be out already when it was only 5? She said they cook Prime Rib on Fri and when they run out they are out for the week. In other words if you get served Prime Rib on Sat it is leftover from Fri and it you are served on Sun it has been cooked for two days. I had a ribeye steak that was Med Rare like I ordered, but it was cold and tough. That was my last visit there.

Bad Deal at Logan’s. I gave them a chance to do damage control of SOME kind, but got ignored, so..the ad on TV said steak and lobster $14.99, but was $20. so I upgraded to ribeye, only to find the meat thin and tough, the lobster tiny, and way over cooked, unto dried out, with an ending bill over $57 for two, so that long trip was a huge waste. You’d think they’d at least write and say ‘sorry’, but no answer, much less a comp to fix it right. I’ll never ever return and hope you won’t go either. They don’t care if they please or not.

Celebrated bday there recently not happy with food. I was salty almost all the dishes we ordered. The service was excellent, staff were friendly and accommodating to my daughter’ request to sing. But foodwise didn’t expect to taste it that bad.
